A quickly growing company needs a commercial space more conducive to its needs. This is why Tri Star Electric was contracted to provide its requirements for a the new Foundation Capital commercial electrical system at their Corporate Office.
Foundation Capital may be one of the newer private equity firms in the country, but it is one of America’s rapidly rising stars, having already raised more than $2 billion, including $1.5 billion from a sovereign wealth fund in the Middle East.
Tri Star Electric was commissioned to perform the Foundation Capital Project for a full renovation of the firm’s Greenwich offices in Connecticut. Our project involved the installation of full power wiring, server room, pantry, state-of-the-art conference room, modular furniture, floor outlets, electrical service panels and accompanying decorative and energy-efficient lighting system, as well as the fitting of award-winning Decora receptacles from Leviton and safety-enhancing ground fault interrupter outlets. To complete the package, we also installed an office-wide fire alarm system.
Our contract for the Foundation Capital Project took place in 2013.
Foundation Capital is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, a wealthy small-town suburb of New York City.
